Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IPROWL Coach. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.

1. Service

IPROWL Coach provides team management, formations, training and match planning, reports, and video analysis. The service is currently a free pilot; any future paid terms will be communicated before activation.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and report unauthorized use. Each account is personal to one coach, and you are responsible for its activity.

3. Content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited technical right to store, process, and display it to provide the service. You confirm that you may lawfully use all player data, photos, videos, and materials, including required permissions for minors.

4. Prohibited use

Illegal activity, privacy or intellectual-property violations, malware, security-control circumvention, access to another user’s data, and harmful or abusive content are prohibited.

5. Videos and files

MP4 videos may be up to 1 GB per file. We may apply reasonable storage limits to protect the service. Keep your own originals of important materials.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, security updates, and functional changes.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, threaten security, or are used unlawfully. You may request account closure and deletion at luis.hysajj@gmail.com.

8. Liability

The platform is an organization and analysis tool; it does not replace professional, medical, or legal judgment. To the extent permitted by law, IPROWL Coach is not liable for sporting decisions, indirect loss, or unauthorized account use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes will first be addressed amicably and then by the competent Albanian courts.
